Stay Details
We're located on Bonifacio Street, Corner Mabini St., Brgy. Central, Mati City, Davao Oriental. Landmark: across Grace Milk Tea Supplies.
We're right in downtown Mati City, steps away from restaurants, banks, pharmacies and other essentials. If you're heading to the beach, it's only about a 15-minute drive from the hotel.
Designated parking is available along the Mabini St. side of the building. Motorcycle parking is located near the hotel entrance, and additional street parking is also accessible nearby.
To maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests, we currently do not allow pets in our rooms.
Published room rates are based on two (2) guests. Our rooms can comfortably accommodate up to three (3) guests.
For a third occupant, an additional fee of ₱100 applies. If an extra bed is requested, the charge is ₱300, inclusive of the extra bed.
Villa Merced Hotel currently does not have a back-up generator. As with other establishments in Mati City, we may be affected by scheduled and unscheduled power interruptions. Scheduled outages are announced in advance by the local electric cooperative whenever possible.
If a scheduled outage is announced after a reservation has been made and affects your stay, guests may request to reschedule or cancel; refunds will be processed as soon as possible. For unscheduled area-wide outages, our team will provide updates when available and may recommend nearby establishments while power is restored.
Reservations
Booking Policies
Guests may book by sending us a message via our Facebook page or through the inquiry form on our Contact page. A booking form and guidelines will be provided upon inquiry. A downpayment is required to confirm your reservation.
Rooms are allocated on a first confirmed, first served basis. Reservations are only guaranteed upon receipt of the required downpayment; reservations without downpayment are considered tentative and may be released to paying guests at any time, especially during peak periods.
We currently accept cash and bank transfer payments only. Kindly ensure payment arrangements are completed prior to check-in for a smooth arrival.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 12:00 NN. This schedule allows our housekeeping team sufficient time to thoroughly prepare each room for incoming guests.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An hourly fee may apply, especially if the room is reserved by another guest before or after your stay:
- Deluxe Room – ₱150/hour
- Twin Room – ₱175/hour
Downpayments are non-refundable but may be rebooked once, provided at least three (3) days' notice is given prior to arrival. Rebooked stays must be scheduled within six (6) months from the original booking date and are subject to room availability and prevailing rates. Blackout dates may apply.
