About This Service
Lavanderia de Merced was created as part of Villa Merced Hotel's commitment to providing a more complete and convenient experience for our guests. In addition to serving hotel guests, we are also proud to offer professional laundry services to local residents and businesses throughout Mati City.
We provide wash, dry, and fold laundry care with every load handled carefully from washing and drying to folding and packing. Our goal is to make laundry simple, convenient, and dependable for everyone we serve.
Service Information
- Wash, dry, and fold service only — no self-service facilities
- Maximum of 8 kg per load
- Same-day service available for eligible drop-offs
- Rates are charged per kilogram
- Turnaround times may vary depending on volume and time of drop-off
Terms & Conditions
- Please check all pockets before submitting laundry — we are not responsible for items left inside garments.
- Items must be claimed within 30 days of completion.
- We are not liable for damage from normal washing, pre-existing defects, weak fabrics, color bleeding, shrinkage, or manufacturer issues.
- Stain removal is not guaranteed.
- Please inform staff of any special care instructions before processing.
- Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of after an extended holding period.
We recommend separating delicate, heavily stained, or specialty garments and informing our staff before drop-off. For pricing, turnaround, or bulk laundry questions, contact us directly.
